WUWI Creator turns facts you confirm about your business into campaigns across your website, social, email and search. This policy covers what we collect to do that, and what we do with it.

Your account

You sign in with WUWI ID, the single sign-in behind every WUWI product. We never store a separate password for Creator — WUWI ID handles authentication, and we receive your account email, name and a unique account identifier from it.

The facts you give us

Brand Brain stores the facts you enter or confirm about your business — hours, offers, services, locations and similar details — along with the state you set for each one (verified, inferred, needs review, locked, expired or prohibited). This is the core of the product: content is only drafted from facts in a verified state, and prohibited facts are never used.

What we publish, and where

When you connect a platform — currently WordPress, Shopify, Webflow, Mailchimp, Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, Google Business Profile, X, Threads, Pinterest, Tumblr, Mastodon, Bluesky, Telegram, Discord — you authorize Creator to publish drafts you approve to that platform on your behalf, using the connection credentials that platform issues. We only publish what you have approved; nothing goes out automatically without your review at each stage of the loop.

Reply Inbox

If you connect a platform's Reply Inbox, we read back comments, messages and replies from that platform so they can be shown to you in one place. We do not use this content for anything beyond showing it to you and, where you ask us to, drafting a reply.

Analytics and Growth Memory

We log real outcomes from what gets published — for example, whether a piece was published successfully, and when an AI assistant cites a fact page we generated. Growth Memory keeps this outcome history against your business specifically, so future suggestions reflect what has actually worked for you. We do not publish a projected or estimated score for anything we have not directly logged.

Billing

Plans are billed in credits through our payment processor. We retain billing records (plan, credit usage, invoices) for as long as your account is active and as required for accounting and tax purposes. We do not store your card details ourselves — that is handled by our payment processor.

Sharing

We share data only where this policy already describes it: with WUWI ID for authentication, with the specific third-party platforms you connect for the purpose of publishing and reading replies, and with our payment processor for billing. We do not sell your data.

Your rights

You can ask us to give you a copy of the data we hold on your account, correct anything that is wrong, or delete your account and its data. Disconnecting a platform in Connections stops any further publishing to it and revokes the access we were given.

Changes to this policy

If we materially change how we handle your data, we will update this page and change the date above.
