These terms govern your use of WUWI Creator. By signing in with WUWI ID and using the product, you agree to them.

Your account

You sign in through WUWI ID, which is shared across WUWI products. You are responsible for activity on your account and for keeping your WUWI ID credentials secure.

The facts you confirm

Brand Brain only holds content back from drafts when a fact is not verified — it does not check whether a fact you mark verified is actually true. You are responsible for the accuracy of any fact you set to verified, locked, or otherwise confirmed, and for keeping it current as your business changes.

Publishing to connected platforms

Connecting a platform (currently WordPress, Shopify, Webflow, Mailchimp, Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, Google Business Profile, X, Threads, Pinterest, Tumblr, Mastodon, Bluesky, Telegram, Discord) authorizes Creator to publish approved drafts to it on your behalf. You are responsible for complying with that platform's own terms and content policies — connecting a platform here does not override anything that platform separately requires of you.

Plans and credits

Plans are billed monthly in credits (Starter, Growth or Agency), with unlimited seats on every plan. Credit top-ups purchased separately do not expire. You can change or cancel your plan at any time; charges already billed for the current period are not refunded.

Acceptable use

You may not use Creator to publish content you know to be false, to impersonate a business you do not represent, or to mark a fact verified without a real basis for believing it. We may suspend an account that does this.

Liability

Creator is provided as-is. We are not liable for outcomes on third-party platforms outside our control, or for consequences of a fact you confirmed that later turns out to be inaccurate. Nothing here limits liability where the law does not allow it to be limited.

Changes to these terms

If we materially change these terms, we will update this page and change the date above. Continuing to use Creator after a change means you accept the update.
